AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF EIGHT HUN-
DRED DOLLARS FROM THE NEGRO PARK FUND TO PAY FOR
REPAIRING THE PAVILLON AT GILLIAM PARK, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Negro
Park Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of Tight Hundred
Dollars ($800.00) to pay for repairing the pavillon at
Gilliam Park.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to take the necessary steps and exe-
cute such instruments as may be necessary to accomplish the
provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
