BE IT OHD'AINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAi bAS :
SEC'T'ION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of Two Hun-
dred Twenty -five Dollars ($225.00) for the repair of Police
Car #14 (X -51), damaged in collision with Capital Trans-
portation Street Bus on East Roosevelt Road.
SrC`T'ION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
directed to take such steps and execute such instruments
as may be necessary to accomplish the provision of this
ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval.
