BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the East 50 feet of Lots 1,2,3 & 4, block 30
Adams Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, being 2317 Wright
Avenue, heretofore classified and zoned as "F" Coammeroial District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "H" Business District.
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are heseby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Batt 50 feet of Lots 1,2,3 and 4,
Block 3, Adams Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in "H" Business District*
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
