AN ORDINANCE RECLSSSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE REWIREMENTS
LOT, 91 BLOCK 3, HYDE PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 5420 AS AMENDEDs AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES:
Big IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 9, Block 3, Hyde Park Addition to
the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, being N%E of 28th & Monroe
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as 'B' One Family
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in ' ? Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinanow, and a waiver of yard space requirements is hereby
granted;
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of Lot 9, Block 3,
Hyde Park Addition, to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1. hereof: said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in w r Commercial District and
with yard space requirements waived as provided in Section 1,
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
