AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 11, BLOCK 15, CENTENNIAL ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 11, Block 15, Centennial Addition to
the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, being 1404 -06 High Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as NC" Two- family District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F"
Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
and a waiver of yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 ind the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of Lot 11, Block 15,
Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in OF" Commercial District with
yard space requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
