AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS
ON NO. 5420,YAS AMENDED: STREET;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
MENDINDI NG ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard space
requirements as established by Ordinance No. 54M as it affects the
property at Approximately at rear of 1609 S. Martin Street, described
as Lot East i of Lot 9, Block 33, Jones & Worthen Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby waived, and the owner
thereof is hereby granted permission to construct or erect a
16 ft. by 16 ft. hutment to be used as residence.
SECTION 2, Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part hereby amended to conform to the provisions of
Section 1, of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
