AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 4, BLOCK 4, YOUNG'S PARK ADDITION,
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER. PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY (:;9OUNCIL�OF0THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lot 4, Block 4, Iddig's Park Addition to the
City of Little Rook, Arkansas, being 108 Vernon Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B!� One - family District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment District, under i�er�ft
terms of said Ordinance Zoning.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Ordinance
Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the re- olaasification and rezoning of the said Lot 4, Block 4,
Young's Park Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
