ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. Shat Lot Twelve (12). Block Six (6), Patrick Powers
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 901 South
Johnson Street, heretofore classified and zoned as W Residence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the sane is hereby declared to be
in NCN Two - family District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Imp
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot
Twelve (12), Block Six (6), Patrick Powers Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the NON Tutu- family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
