AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 15 AND THE EAST 45 FEET OF LOTS 16, 17 and
18, BLOCK 8, WEIL'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDBDs AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDIANED BY THE CITY.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lot 15 and the E. 45 ft. of Lots 16,17, and 18,
Mock 8, Wail's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
2923 East 6th Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance R o. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "I" Light
Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot 15 and the E. 45 ft. of Lots 16, 17 and
18, _Block 8, Weil' s Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in "I" Light Industrial Distriot.wi# ;. -r. ril
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force fram
and after its passage,
