AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS
LOT 2, BLOCK 4, OWEN SUBDIVISION ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420, AS AMENDED; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 2, Block 4, Owen Subdivision of Watkins
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2815 College
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as NB" Residence District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "FN
Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
and a waiver of yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420, and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of Lot 2, Block 4,
Owens Subdivision of Watkins Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1, hereof; said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in NF" Commercial District
and with yard space requirements waived as provided in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
