AN ORDINANCE WAIVING LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS IN
CONNECTION WITH LOT 72 SOUTH 2 OF LOT 8, BLOCK 15, CAPITOL
HILL EXTENSION ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
GRANTING PERMISSION TO BUILD A SMALL HOUSE THEREON, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby waives the lot
area and yard space requirements established under Ordin-
ance 5420, as amended, in connection with the following
lands:
Lot 7, South a of Lot 8, Block 15, Capitol
Hill-Extension Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas
and hereby grants permission to construct a small 'house
on the western portion of said lot; and the City Engineer
is hereby authorized and directed to issue a permit for
the-construction of said additional structure on said lands.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning
Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby
au6aded_to conform to the provisions of Section 1 of this
Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the City Council has determined and
it is hereby declared that all the prerequisites to the
passage of this Ordinance have been complied with in con-
nection herewith, and this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
