ORDINANCE NO. 7647
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS
LOT 8, BLOCK 4, CAPITOL VIEW ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Let 89 Block 4, Capitol View Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 122 Rice Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" One family Residence District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two
family Residence District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
and a waiver of yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
classification and rezoning of Lot 82 Block 4, Capitol View
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof; aid property to be hereafter known and classifi
as being in "C" Two family Residence District and with yard space
requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
