AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $95,661.00 TO PAY
FOR THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE COST OF PAVING CERTAIN STREETS
OVER VuHICH THE CAPITAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY'S BUSES
TRAVEL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the City of Little Rock the amount of $95,661.00 to pay for
the City of Little Rock's proportinate part for paving certain streets
within the City over which the Capital Transportation Company's buses
travel, to -wit: West 13th Street from Park to Lewis Street; Wood-
row Street from 13th to 20th Street; Lewis Street from 12th to 13th
Street; Victory Street from 5th to 8th Street; West Markham Street
from Victory Street to Lee Avenue.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the necessary papers to carry out the pro-
visions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
