AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE TRAFFIC IN THE ALLEYS BE-
TWEEN MAIN AND LOUISIANA STREETS, AND MAIN AND SCOTT
STREETS, PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THERE-
OF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The alley between Main and Scott Streets
from Markham to Eighth Street, inclusive, shall be open only
;,to traffic' traveling South. The alley between Main and
Louisiana Streets from Markham to Ninth Street shall be open
T ",_,only to traffic traveling North.
SECTION 2. Any person violating the provisions of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction thereof in municipal court shall be fined in any
sum not less than One Dollar nor more than Five Dollars.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
