AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO THOUS-
AND TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($2,250.00)
FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
TO PAY TO RUSSELL BROWN & COMPArvY, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $2,250.00
to be paid to Russell Brown & Company for services render-
ed in making the annual audit of all city accounts and
funds.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such instruments as are
necessary to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordin-
ance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
