AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF MILK INSPECT-
OR TN THE DIVISION OF MILK CONTROL OF THE CITY HEALTH
DEPARTW NT, ESTABLISHING A SALARY THEREFOR, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created the position of Milk
Inspector in the Division of Nilk Control of the Health De-
partment of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The person who occupies said position shall
be selected by the Civil Service Commission as required by
law, and he shall be under the jurisdiction and control of the
City Health Officer, and shall have such qualifications as
may be set forth b;? the Civil Service Commission.
SECTION 3. The salary of the person occupying such pos-
ition shall not exceed the sum of 4200.00 per month, includ-
ing any sum which might be contributed by the Federal Govern-
ment under the G.I. Training Program.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
