AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON EAST
MARKHAM STREJT BETIEEN CUMBERLAND AND COLLINS STREET,
INCLUSIVE, PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THERE-
OF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED B`_y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That when signs are erected in each block giving
notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle on East I4farkham
Street from Cumberland to Collins Street, inclusive, for a per-
iod of time in excess of one hour between the hours of 8 A. IVT.
and 6 P. M. of any day except Sunday and holidays.
SECTION 2. Any person violating the provisions of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con-
viction thereof in municipal court shall be fined in any sum
not less than $1.00 nor more than $5.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and at,proval.
