ORDINANCE N0. 7702
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 8, BLOCK 13, SAM WELCH'S ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS AMENDED:
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lot 8, Block'13, Sam "elch's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 4204 West 24th Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" One - family District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance Noy 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "C" T,qo- family= District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 8, clock 13, Sam Ivelchts
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being to the "C"
Two - family District,
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
