BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AMWSAS:
SECTION U that the Police Department of the City of Little look is
loroiy divided late four divisions as fellewas , 0rlidaal Division, Detestive
Division, Traffie Division, and Maintenance Division.
UCTION 2. the following positions are hereby created is the
respective divisions of the Police Department of the City of Little lock,
with the designated saaber of necessary personnel assigned to sech positions:

police department mol4rees in that department for the parpose of salary
and administration only. Amployses not engaged in Incas enforcement work,
but performing mainteaaace or clerical work, are not entitled to a pension
under the terms and provisions of the State Pension statutes. Sack
aMloyses excluded herein from rights to pension or many ienefits under As
Policemen's Pension and Belief Aot are as follows: Mechanics in the
Maintenance Division, Secretary to Chief of Police in Criminal Division,
and Clerk: is the traffic Division.
