BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE; ROI;K, riRK�iiaAS:
SECTION 1. From and after the effective date of this.ordinance, it
shall be unlawful to park more than one hour on `West Capitol Avenue between
Grains and Izard Streets, inclusive.
SECTION 2. The Traffic Bureau of the City of Little Rock is hereby
directed to erect the appropriate and necessary signs in order to advise
the general public of the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All persons, firms, and corporations violating the provis-
ions of t'd s ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction inthe Little Rock Municipal Qourt shall be fined in any sum not
less than k1.00 nor more than X5.00.
SECTIO-M 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
