ORDINANCE NO. 7711
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 7,8 AND THE S. 27 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 423,
DUVAL'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, kRKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Tnat Lots 7, 8 and the S. 27 feet of Lot 9, Block
423, Duval's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1920 Scott
Street, hrertofore classified and zoned as "C" Two - family District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment District under the terms of
said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezoning of the said Lots 7, 8 and the S. 27 feet of "ot 9, Block 423,
Duval(s Addition to the City of Little Roc], Arkansas, as outlined in Section
1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the
"D" Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
