AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING TIT -, BOAnD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS F07 AiTD PUR-
CHASE ONE CAR LOAD LOT (APPROXIMATELY 125) PINE
POLES FOR USE BY THE ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIN:�D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for and pur-
chase one car-load lot (approximately 125) Class 7 creosoted
pine poles; said poles to be roofed having one gain and bored,
for use by the Electric Department of the City of Little
Rock. The cost of said poles shall not exceed the sum of
:pl, 250.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
