AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE OI1TE (1)
POWER MOWER FOR USE BY THE PARKS AND RECREATION �$'IM DEPARTMENT
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase one (1)

power mower for use by the Parks and Recreatio p; of the
City of'Little Rock. The cost of said mower shall not exceed the
s= ;of Three Hundred and Fifteen Dollars ($3115.00).

SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordi_ances in conflict
herewith are- hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
