AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE RE-
QUIREMENTS ON PROPERTY AT 819 MADISON STREET: AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard
space requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it
affects property at 819 Madison Street, described as Lot 5,
Block 4, Cunningham's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Ark-
ansas, are hereby waived end the owner thereof is hereby granted
permission to construct a garage apartment for occupancy by a
single family on the rear of said lot.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to
the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
