AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING Sj LOT 6, BLOCK 1, FAIRGROUNDS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING ORDINANCE
N0. 5420 AN AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Sj Lot 6, Block 1, Fairgrounds Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 716 Townsend Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" one - family District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and re-
classified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto `
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Si Lot 6, Block 1, Fgir-
grounds Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "F "Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
