AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE EAST SIXTY FEET (601) OF
LOTS FIVE (5) AND SIX (6), BLOCK TWO HIP.TDRED FORTY -THREE
(243), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AR <_AISAS: AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTIIER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, AR1`�_NSAS:
SECTION 1. That the East Sixty Feet (601) of Lots
Five (5) and Six (6), Block Two Hundred Forty -Three (243),
Ori inal City of Little Rock, heretofore classified and
zoned as being in "C" Two Family District, under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, are hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same are hereby declared to be in
the "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420, as amended, and
the Zoning Map thereto attached and made a part thereof,
are hereby amended to include the reclassification and
rezoning of said East Sixty Feet (601) of Lots Five (5)
and Six (6), Block Two Hundred Forty -Three (243), Original
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That the City Council has determined and
it is hereby declared that all the prerequisites to the
passage of this Ordinance have been complied with in con-
nection herewith, and this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
