AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE
REQUIREMENTS ON PROPERTY AT 3209 GAINES STREET; A MENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 54200 AS AMENDED: IND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the
yard space requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5 420
as it effects property at 3209 Gaines Street, described as
Lot So. 40 ft. of No. 96 ft, Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 5, Ebendale
addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby
Waived, and the owner thereof is hereby granted permission to
construct PI X 36' addition to 3 room dwelling.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map
*ttached thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amendedio
conform to the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
