Section 1. There is hereby established OXn ilrnrove!-ient
district I embracing the following property in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
Lots 7 to 18, inclusive, Mock 5;
All of Block 6;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, and Lots 16, 17 and 18, Block 7;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, of Block 10;
All of blocs: 11;
Lots 1, 2 and 5, and Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, Block 12;

Little LLock, Arkansas;
for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, guttering:, and p«ving,
in such a r_,anner and with such Lmterials as the corynissioners to be
elected for the said improvement district shall deem to be for the
best interest of said district, the follovrin, parts of the following
streets in the City of Little Rock, irkansas, to -wit:
PI1,RCE SIMET from the north --,roperty line of
Highway No. 10 (_�, Street or Cantrell Road) to the
South property line of Kavanaugh Boulevard;
FIL401M STREET from the north property line of
Highway No. 10 (V; Street or Cantrell Road) to the

Street to the West property line of Taylor Street;

and that the cost thereof, over and above any aid received froia
any agency of the federal or city governiaent, be assessed and
charged upon the real property above described, provided the
liability of each lot or tract of land shall be limited to its
assessed benefits.
Said district shall be known as Street Improve.--Bnt
District No. 5M_; and Fielding 11. Ir6land, Leon P. Fields,
and Raymond H. YVUann are hereby named c onmi ssi oners, who shall
compose the Board of IrVrovenent for said district.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
