AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $84.96 FOR A REFUND
TO TERRAL MARSHALL FOR MDNIES PAID BY HIM TO THE CITY FOR
PAVING PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK:
SECTION 1. That heretofore, Terral Marshall contributed money
to the City of Little Rock for street repair work in the vicinity
of MacArthur Park. That of said amount, he is entitled to be re-
funded the sum of $84.96.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the road and
auto fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $64.96 to be paid
to Terral Marshall, and the proper city officials are hereby dir-
ected to execute the necessary instruments for the purpose of
satisfying this claim.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and /or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
