OF THE W. 50 ft. OF LOTS 5 & 6, BLOCK 11, CENTENNIAL ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AX ENDED: AliD FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT URDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the W. 50 ft. of Lots 5 & 60 Block 112
Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
r� 14th and Marshall Streets, heretofore classified and zoned as "C"
Two- family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the sPme is hereby declared
to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance, and a waiver of yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the !lest 50 ft. of Lots 5 & 619
Block 11, Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock, A kansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said -property to be hereafter known
