AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF X175.00 TO PAY THE
EXPENSES OF' TH- ACTING DIRECTOR OF MILK AND DAIRY DIVIS-
ION OF THE CITY HTALTH DEPARTMENT TO ATTEND THE NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION OF DAIRYMEN MEETING AT PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYL-
VANIA, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Little hock, the sum of X175.00 to pay the ex-
penses of the Acting Director of Milk and Dairy Division of the
City Health Department in attending the National Association of
Dairymen Meeting at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized to
execute the necessary instruments in order to carry out the provis-
ions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances ana parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
