AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF 5200.00 TO PAY
THE EXPENSES OF THE MUNICIPAL JUDGE WHILra� AT'T'ENDING
TH' NATIONAL SAFETY COUNCIL AT CHICAGO, ILLINOIS,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDATNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of 4200.00 tp pay the
expenses of the Municipal Judge while attending the National
Safety Council at Chicago, Illinois.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the necessary instruments to carry out
the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passaF-e and,approxal.
