AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
TWO HUM2M .FIFTY DOLLARS TO PAY THE
EXPANSES OF THE CITY ATTORNEY TO THE
AIMUAL CONFE MCE OF THE NATIONAL
INSTITUTE OF MUNICIPAL LLW OFFICERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of Two Hundred
fifty dollars from the general fund of the City of Little Rock to pay the
expenses of the City Attorney to the Annual Conference of the National
Institute of Municipal Lay.Officers to be held in Washington, D. C. the
first creek in December, 1948.
Section 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the proper instruments to carry out the purposes of
this Ordinance.
Section j. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
heretith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
