BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF,' 1-1111E CITY OF' LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the CitV
of Little Rock is hereby authorized and directed to adver-
tise, take bids for, and sell one (1) motorcycj @. Said
motorcycle is of no further use to the Police Department
and is declared to be surplus property.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewitha�-Lee hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
aFe and approval.
