ORDINANCE N0. 7804
AN ORDINANCE, GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE
REQUIREMENTS ON PROPERTY AT 1601 EAST THIRD STREET: AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420, as AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard
space requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it
affects property at 1601 East 3rd Street, described as North
half of Lots 1 & 2, Block 2, Garland's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby waived, and the owner thereof
is hereby granted permission to construct a single family house.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zonkng map attached
thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform
to the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
