ORDINANCE NO. 7805
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 4, BLOCK 2, FUTRELL & JOHNSON'S
SUBDIVISION ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAB:
SECTION 1. That Lot 4, Block 2, Futrell & Johnson's Sub-
division Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
4613 West23rd Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "BM
One- family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby de-

clared to be in "H" Business District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 4,
Block 2, Futrell & Johnson's Sub- division Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas,as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property bo be hereafter known and classified as being in the
"H" Business District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
