AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 6 & 7, BLOCK 30, JONES &
WORTHEW S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE It ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 6 & ?', Block 30, Jones & Worthenf.s
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1523
Valentine Street, heretofore classified and zoned as NBN One-
family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in NFN Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map there-
to attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots 6 & 7, Block 30,
Jones & Worthen's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the NFN Commercial District,
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
