AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC ICEACAR WHICH HASIBEENT DAMAGED SB SELL .,
(1) POLICE
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS. ii��
SECTION 1. The board of Public Affairs /mac hereby authorized,
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and sell one (1) police
car which has been damaged beyond repair, is of no further use
to the Police Department, and is hereby declared to be surplus
property. Said car shall not be sold for less than $700.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and /or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
