AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR., AND SELL THE USED
RADIO EQUIPMENT OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and sell used radio equip-
went of the Little Rock Police Department, the same having been re-
placed by new equipment, and is declared to be surplus property.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
