AN ORDINANCE APIlENDING PARAGRAPH 4, SECTT, "N 34 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 4866 TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FRAME CHURCH ON
LOT 11 BLOCK..13, WOODLAWN ADDITION T�=E CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Paragraph 4, Section 34, of Ordinance No. 4866
be and the same is hereby amended to permit the construction of a
frarne church building on Lot 1, Blockl3, `aJoodlawn Addition to the
City of Little Rock. Said building will contain 3,320 square feet
when completed.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
