AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $3,740.00 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO
BE PAID TO L. A. HENRY, FOR SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH
THE AIRPORT CLAIM, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY W-E, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, the
sum of $3,740.00, to be paid to L. A. Henry for services
performed for the city on its airport claim pursuant to
its contract with L. A. Henry.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the necessary instru-
ments to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
