The majority of two - thirds in value of the property owners owning
property adjoininc the locality to be affected and situated in
Sewer Improvement District No. 123 of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, organized for the purpose of building a sanitary sewer
system to serve said property, have petitioned the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the construction of
said improvement, ana the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the
real property of said District according- to the benefits received;
and
VTHEREAS ,
Said benefits received by each ana every lot, block and parcel
of real property situated in said District equals or exceeds the
local assessment thereon; and

ARKANSAS:
SECTI17 1. Lhat the said several lots, blocks, and
parcels of real property in said Sewer Inprovement District No.123
of the City of Little i =pock, Arkansas, be assessed according to the
assessment list for said irprovement district as the sar?e now re-
mains in the office of the City Clerk, and tr. t ten per centum of
the assessment o benefits of each of said lots, blocks and parcels
of real estate shall be paid annually on or before the first day
of May of each year, beginninw with h.7ay 1, 1949, until the whole
of the said local assessment of benefits shall be paid.
SECTIO7 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
