BE Im ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OT' THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, That Paragraph 3, Section 33, of Article
4 of Ordinance No. 4866 be and the same is hereby amended to
permit the construction of a frame church at Sixth and Gregg
Streets within the City of Little Rock, provided that the follow-
ing specifications are carried out in the construction thereof:
1. The boiler room be moved frcri the front to the rear
of the building.
2. The boiler room shall be of fireproof construction.
3. Suitable vent for fresh air supply to boiler shall
be provided.
4. Windows in boiler room shall be placed so as not to
be directly under the windows of the first floor.
5. Fire door shall be provided at entrance to boiler
room.
SECTION 2. the City Engineer of the City of Little
Rock is directed to insure that the provisions of this ordinance
are carried out.
SECTTOY 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealea, and this ordinance shall
be in full force after its passage and approval.
