SECTIOY 1. The 13oard of Public Af "airs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and sell
seven (7) used automobiles. Said automobiles are no longer
usable by the Police Department and are declared surplus
propert,- .
SECTION 2. The proceeds fromthe sale of this pro-
perty shell be credited to the budget of the Police Department.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby* repealed, and t .iis ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
