AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SU14 OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS
0150900) TO PAY THE, MEMBERSHIP DUES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
TO THE UNITED STATES CIVIL SERVICE ASSEI*QLY, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of One Hun-
dred Fifty Dollars (4150.00) for the payment of membership dues
of the City of Little Rock to theUnited 8*tates Civil Service
Assembly, from January 1, 1949 to December 31, 1949.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby direct-
ed to take such steps and execute such instruments as may be
necessary to accomplish the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
