AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED
SEVENTY -FIVE DOLLARS ($175.00) FROM THE GENERAL
FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO PAY FOR PLACING
A OO NCRETS SLAB ON WHICH TO PUCE THE PLAQUE MARK-
ING THE SPOT FRCK WHICH THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
OBTAINED ITS MAME,ANV FOB OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Little Rook, not to exceed the sum of One Hundred
Seventy -Five, ( #175.00) Dollars to:pay for the preparation and placing
of a granite slab on the river bank atl&&r Street on which is to be
placed a bronpe marker telling the'story of the naming of the City of
Little Rook.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
