SECTION 1. The position of Heavy Equipment Uperator
is herebv created in the Garbage and Sanitation Department of
the City of Little Rock. The salary for such position shall
not exceed the sum of $190.00 per month, and is hereby fixed
according, to the following sliding scale:
Salary for first six months of employment, $175. ,O0
per month.
Salary at the end of six months, $182.50 per month.
Salary at the end of twelve months, 4190.00 per month.
SECTT07 2. The person chosen to fill the position
created herein shall be selected bTT the Civil service Commission
in the manner provided by law, and shall have such qualifications
as may be deemed appropriate for such. position.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from: and after its passage
and approval.
