AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS
LOT 10 BLOCK 13, BOWXANtS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 1, Block 13, Bowman's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2901 Wolfe Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" One- family District under the terms cf
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and
the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard spaoe re-
quirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot 1, Bock 13, Bowman's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in "F" Commercial District and with yard space requirements waived
as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
