AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING ALL OF LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), AND THREE (3) IN BLOCK
FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY ONE (431) OF DUVAL'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS AND THE EAST TWENTY SEVEN AND ONE -HALF (E 2'TJ -I) FEET OF LOTS ONE (lj,
TWO (2), AND THREE (3) IN BLOCK THIRTEEN (13) OF FULTON'S ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That all of Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3) in Block Four
thirty one (431) of DuVal's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
and the East Twenty seven and one -half (E 27J-1) Feet of Lots One (1) , Two (2) ,
and Three (3) in Block Thirteen (13) of Fulton's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, being No. 2100 to 2110 Louisiana Street, heretofore-classified
and zoned as "C "- Two - family District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No.
5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "D" - Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached and
Imade a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and
Irezoning of said all of Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3) in Block Four
Ihundred thirty one (431) of DuVal's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Ar
and the East Twenty seven and one -half (E 2*1) Feet of Lots One (1), Two (2),
and Three (3) in Block Thirteen (13) of Fulton's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "D" - Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
