AN ORDINANCE.RECLASSIFYING LOTS 5 & 6, BLOCK 11, FERNDALE'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCKS ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES*
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 5 & 6, Block 11, Ferndale's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2723 and 2721 West
7th Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" One - family
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. T hat Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots 5 & 6,
Block 11, Ferndale's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
